Replacement warranty

  1. 6 month warranty (the Rs 21,999 IPL option, the wand and the neck device): claim within 6 months of the purchase date. 12 month warranty (the Rs 23,900 IPL option): claim within 12 months.
  2. Covers power faults and other parts faults.
  3. The device and its box must be in original condition.
  4. The warranty card number must match your order (address, city and phone number).
  5. Physical damage and misuse are not covered.

To claim, WhatsApp 0339 2004666 with your order number, the serial number on the device and a short video of the fault. Approved claims are replaced, not repaired.

Returns

  1. Return within 30 days of delivery: unused devices in original packaging, with the warranty card.
  2. The warranty card number must match your order.

If a replaced device is still faulty and we cannot fix the issue, you get a full refund.
