Shipping policy
Free delivery all over Pakistan. Every order ships free, and cash on delivery is available on every product.
Delivery time: Two to four working days, anywhere in Pakistan.
Cash on delivery and the Open Box Promise: Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. You can open the box and check the device in front of the rider before you pay. If anything is wrong, hand it back and pay nothing.
Order tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.
Where we deliver: We deliver within Pakistan only.
Shipping issues: If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp at 0339 2004666 or email myskinix.com@gmail.com and we will put it right.
Returns and warranty: You have 30 days to return an unused item. See our refund policy and the warranty page.
